Se me ocurrió hacen semanas hacer algo para mejorar la pobre proyección que tienen algunos blogs poco conocidos que, a mi entender, debieran tener más lectores.

A discussion at YMB inspired this. I could do the whole soundtrack of my life using music from Rush. Its my favorite band ever and their music has been with me a long time. But the idea here is not a song that evokes my feelings or situations at a certain point. Its the music that was actually playing in the background as stuff happened. This is the music I remember from these times. Thanks to Imeem all of you can now listen to the soundtrack.

Letting people go is one of the hardest things a manager has to do. Some people say you are not a manager for real until you have to fire someone. Its never easy, even when the person deserves it. Its even worse when they don't.

La verdad que no me sorprende para nada que algunos compañeros del trabajo lean este blog. Lo que si me sorprendió es que me enviaran un email anónimo y me pidieran que publicara lo siguiente:

I have settled on a layout for the site, but I find the colors horrid. Not gonna work on that just yet. Need to get "add YOUR feed" and "get OUR feed" features in. But I have hit a snag because the aggregation module kinda thinks the only people accesing it will be Admins not users. Since I want anonymous boricua to add his or her feed this poses an interesting problem. I may need to solve it in code and there's been too much time since I even looked at PHP code. Tomorrow. Tomorrow I'll work on it a little more... Got to sleep now... Will dream of fishies...

There will be just one limitation. That those feeds are made available by puertoricans.
